    Methods you can use

    Try this: the pilot-cost calculator

Build a pilot-cost calculator. Let me change ticket volume, eligibility, and handling time. Show the formulas.

    1. 1.Paste this into a supported ChatGPT conversation. Select @Visualize if needed, then adjust the variables for your pilot.
    2. 2.Check the assumptions and formulas before using the output in a decision.

    What carried forward

    • Personal assistants such as Meta’s Muse and OpenAI’s dots prompted discussion about limiting access. Selected email forwarding or a separate calendar can reduce exposure. Organizational data policies still apply.
    • A common preference was Claude for writing and ChatGPT for decks and visuals. Brand-review skills can flag outdated messaging and material awaiting approval.
    • Useful enterprise AI depends on maintained knowledge. Subject matter experts should own content, with scheduled revalidation and feedback on missing answers.
    • People remain responsible for AI-assisted work. Verify numbers before sharing and follow organizational rules for sensitive data.
    • Agents need clear permissions and accountable owners. Security teams must address non-human identities and trace delegated actions.

    What to test next

    • Use your own pilot variables in the calculator. Inspect the formulas before sharing the results.
