- Cookie consent preferences: 12 months, then you will be asked again
After the applicable retention period, we will securely delete or anonymize your data. You may request earlier deletion at any time by contacting privacy@hawksmoor.ai.

- Supabase (database hosting). Stores assessment data and form submissions securely with row-level security
- Stripe (payment processing). Processes payment card and billing information when you purchase services. We do not store full card numbers.
- Google Analytics 4 (website analytics). Collects anonymized usage data only after you consent via our cookie banner
- Resend (email delivery). Processes email addresses to deliver assessment results, contact form confirmations, and communications you have opted into
- Vercel (website hosting). Serves our website and processes server-side requests
- Calendly (scheduling). When you choose to book a call, you are redirected to Calendly's platform, which is governed by their own privacy policy
These providers process your data only on our behalf and under contractual obligations to protect it in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
10. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where our service providers (Supabase, Resend, Vercel, Google) operate.
