AI agents at work
The room examined delegated work and the gap between a useful recommendation and an approved action.
The session explored tool choices for everyday work and the controls that connected agents need. A marketing-budget exercise examined how separate reviewers can challenge a supplier claim. Questions from the room extended the discussion to buyer research and a personal shopping task.
Questions the room worked
When does a separate agent review improve a decision?
How can we learn which AI tools buyers use?
Can a Claude daily brief hand a shopping task to Muse?
Questions from the room: how to do it
Post-session guidance. Updated September 25, 2026.
Can my Claude daily to-do list hand a birthday-gift task to Muse?
Today, prepare a short shopping request in Claude and paste it into Muse. Keep purchase approval explicit. Direct email is a future route to test once Muse’s announced address becomes available. Zapier or Make is optional for sending the email.

Separate the evidence checks
Give each reviewer a distinct question. One checks cash calculations. Another checks which campaign earned each payment. A third checks approval evidence.
- 1.Preserve each independent return before the manager combines findings.
- 2.Send corrected records back to the affected reviewers.
- 3.Reconcile the totals before writing the decision.
- 4.Keep spending approval with the accountable person.
Research the buyer’s recent purchase
Ask which AI app helped at each stage of a recent buying decision. Record the buyer’s role and employer restrictions. App usage and API model traffic measure different things.
Measure the complete task
Lower model prices can make an additional review affordable. Include retries and human review time when comparing the cost of completed work.
Check permissions outside the prompt
Instructions describe desired behavior. Connected systems must also enforce access and approval rules when a model makes a mistake.
What carried forward
- Separate agents need distinct assignments and visible returns. A role label in one chat does not establish independent delegation.
- The budget example uses synthetic evidence. Cash divided by advertising spend does not establish causal return.
- Public model-usage statistics do not identify which app every buyer role uses.
- An announced connection needs an account-level test before anyone relies on it.
What to test next
- Run one low-risk task with separate reviewers and inspect their returns.
- Interview buyers about a recent purchase before choosing a channel strategy.
- Try the manual shopping handoff with research only, then inspect the approval boundary.
