Live working session

    Build your AI
    Chief of Staff.

Turn a useful idea into a working setup. Bring one workflow. Build it with guidance, then test what it can do.

    Led by Lara Shackelford
    CEO, Hawksmoor.ai

    A practical starting point

Leave with a workflow you have tested.

This session is for people ready to use an AI Chief of Staff in their own work.

We will start small. You will define what the assistant should do and where your approval is required.

    What you will work on

    • A clear working brief with the context your assistant needs.
    • One repeatable workflow, such as meeting preparation or follow-up tracking.
    • A test using fictional or approved redacted material.
    • Approval boundaries and a next step you can repeat.

Bring your existing instructions and records. You can adapt what already works.

    The 75-minute plan

Working time, with room for questions.

The group stays small so we can work through setup questions together.

Times below are minutes from the start of the workshop.

    1. 00–05

      Choose the workflow

Set a useful outcome and agree on privacy boundaries.

    2. 05–20

      See the setup

Watch how working context and approval rules guide your AI Chief of Staff.

    3. 20–50

      Build and test

Configure one workflow using fictional or approved redacted material. Test the result and a failure case.

    4. 50–70

      Work through questions

Bring setup questions to the group. Keep private client or company information off screen.

    5. 70–75

      Verify the next step

Check what works, record the limits, and leave with a clear next action.

    Come ready to build

Start with the tools you already have.

    • A laptop and an approved ChatGPT or Claude account.
    • One workflow you want help setting up.
    • Fictional or approved redacted material to use in the session.
    • Any existing instructions you want to build on.

A manual source and ordinary chat are enough to participate. Platform subscriptions are not included.

The guide and skills are free

Read the setup guide before the session, or use it to work independently. All 18 workflow skill files remain free.

Read the free guideOpen the 18 skills

Suggested pre-read: pages 2, 7–9, 29–31, and 34. Native installation guidance on pages 35–36 is optional.
